My name is Elissa Kurbis, and together with my family we are committed to raising the most beautiful ragdolls! We live in the small town of Hanna Alberta, Canada (located about 2 hours NE of Calgary). Our babies are raised in our house and spoiled rotten! They are born in our nursery and at about the age of 5-6 weeks they are introduced to the rest of our house. This allows them to adjust to everyday noises of life. When they go to their new homes they are fully litter trained, trained to a scratching post/cat tree, used to the sounds of the vacuum (and other household noises), and used to the everyday come and go of people. They are best of friends with our golden retriever and shih tzu. My children and my husband are a huge help with the raising of our babies and I believe this is a major part in their socialization. They help with playing with the kittens and getting them used to being held/cuddled by people of all ages.
Our cats and kittens are fed Royal Canin kitten food and Earth's Options Holistic dry food as well as Holistic Select brand wet food. We produce gorgeous kittens that have all the wonderful traits they should have. They have crystal blue eyes, the 'flop factor', they are extremely cuddly and have incredible temperments. They are available in traditional colours such as seals and blues and occasionally reds/ flames/creams and we are hoping to produce some lilac kittens within the year! We also produce the traditional patterns: bicolour, mitted, colourpoint, torties and lynx. My cattery is registered with TICA, and all kittens will come with TICA certification. We are also a member of Ragdoll International. We have limited breedings as we are producing for quality, not quantity. When you decide to purchase a kitten from Lissys Ragdolls, it will come home when it is 10-12 weeks old. It will have received vaccinations, multiple dewormings, full vet check, TICA certification and a 1 year health guarantee. He/she will also come home with a kitten starter pack that includes food, toy, blanket (that smells like mom), litter and litter box, care guide, coupons and online resources and 6 weeks of health insurance. All of our kittens leave our home pre-spoiled and pre-loved! Kiss quotas have been met and ready for you to take over!
